NOTE: Due to the amount of interest we have received from folks who require visa sponsorship, we want to clarify that at this time the employer of this position is not able to provide sponsorship to a potential employee (H1-B). We will make sure to update this post when/if this changes in the future.

The ideal candidate:
--------------------------------
We are looking for a confident SAP HR Time Management functional professional, who has at least 3 years of FOCUSED SAP Time Management experience, but who has also at least 2 years of SAP Payroll Production support experience.

We would like to stress and encourage you to read beyond this paragraph ONLY if you meet these non-negotiable characteristics (Time Management AND Payroll). Unfortunately no other type of SAP HCM experience in (PA, Comp, ESS/MM, Benefits, etc) that you may have will compensate for the lack of experience in SAP Time and Payroll (3+ SAP Time Management * preferably production support * and 2+ Payroll years of production support).

Job Description:
--------------------
The hiring company has a large and very stable internal SAP Organization that supports its US and international sites. You would become part of the SAP Payroll and Time Management team working with a Senior Payroll SAP professional. Your immediate responsibility would be focused on supporting some key enhancements and modifications to their Time Management production system and help support the Payroll area. In the medium and long-term however, your job will focus on brand new SAP Time Managements and Payroll Projects such as implementations, rollouts, upgrades for different sites and subsidiaries of the company. When you are not working in project implementations, you'll be challenged to work on smaller enhancements projects, critical production support and will be encouraged to continue expanding your knowledge with SAP training within our outside of SAP Time/Payroll.

What is in it for you:
--------------------------
You will hopefully find the three most fundamental aspects of this opportunity an excellent fit for your personality, lifestyle, working attitude and career goals:

1) Security and Stability: You value knowing that no matter what the stock market, the economy in general or the unemployment rates are showing, you are working with a company that has been around for over a century and has not only survived, but thrived after past depressions and recessions.
2) The opportunity aspect: This position offers unique visibility to the highest echelons of management, and opportunity for rapid growth within the organization (technically and/or from a leadership point of view). Even though SAP Payroll and/or Time Management expertise is required, you will relish this opportunity to demonstrate your superior communication skills, confidence, decision-making, and undoubted desire to grow professionally; knowing that a career path is part of what is available for you from day 1.
3) The culture aspect: You will share the belief that an outstanding working performance on the job should be balanced with a good quality of life inside and outside of work. In addition to competitive financial compensation, a flexible schedule, and an ability to work from home when needed, there is also strong support for pursuing additional training and education in areas of your interest with the knowledge that your employer will respect and support the direction you want to take. You will share the belief that the work environment should be a positive, fun place to be, where friendships can be made, and where your talents will be simultaneously nurtured and challenged.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, then we need to know. To express your interest, please contact us immediately and provide us with your most recently updated resume. NOTE: The challenges outlined above need to sound exciting and invigorating to you.
