SAP HCM Time Mgt BA

Job description: The right candidate will become part of an experienced SAP support team in Princeton, NJ for a global company based in Philadelphia, PA. This person is expected to be a senior SAP HCM **time management** module expert with a consultant level of expertise.

This position offers a variety of roles to be taken on when needs arise that match the candidates interests, skills, workload and availability. For example, as 'expert' and/or 'Project Manager' for a new SAP HCM implementation; as 'expert' and/or 'Project Manager' for an 'enhancement project' smaller in scope but with intense challenges in its complexities; as a 'team-member' ready to support other projects and other specific non-project-related tasks, (at times) as lead-contact for the business when unexpected issues arise; and assisting in training and development of his/her SAP co-workers.

Technical skills required:
- Strong knowledge of the integration points between Time and Payroll

- Strong knowledge in the configuration of work schedules, absence/attendance types, wage type generation and substitutions
- Strong knowledge in the configuration of quotas: entitlement (earned and accrued), deductions, payouts and quota compensation

- Strong knowledge of Time Manager's Workplace and CATS profiles
- Familiarity with interfaces from external time collection systems such as Kronos

Experience:
