SAP Junior HR Pa/Om/Comp Business Process Integrator

We are looking for an ambitious and confident SAP HCM / HR professional with a "junior to mid-level" type of expertise in the following modules: OM (organizational management) , PA (personnel administration), Compensation.
You should have at least 1 full life cycle implementation under your belt, working with these modules, as well as production support.
Having experience in these three areas (as part of a full implementation and doing production support) are non-negotiable requirements for applying to this opportunity.
NOTE: This is not a senior position.

You'll work for a global company as part of a large internal SAP support group within the IT organization in Princeton, NJ. Your immediate responsibility would be focused on supporting some key enhancements and modifications to the PA, Comp and OM production modules. In the medium and long-term however, your job will focused on brand new SAP HR implementations, rollouts in the many sites owned by the company. When you are not working in project implementations, you'll be challenged to work on smaller enhancements projects, critical production support and will be encouraged to continue expanding your knowledge with SAP training within our outside these SAP HR modules.

Job requirements:

Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on and Project management experience with each of these modules in SAP HCM: Personnel Administration / PA, Compensation / CM, Organizational Management / OM.
- Experience with 1 or more HCM implementations required (MySAP ERP).
- Strong production support experience. Even though this will be only a part of your responsibilities; having strong familiarity with a production support environment and mindset and knowing how priorities are defined in such environments will be very important.
- Experience with global organizations desirable.
- NICE to have: Portals, ESS/MSS experience.

SAP Skills:
- Good technical background. Experience with ABAP Programming is VERY desirable (some challenges will require for you to have technical skills to implement solutions, find issues, etc).
- Basic knowledge of the integration points between HR and Payroll.
- Basic/good knowledge with one or more business processes e.g. personnel actions, salary planning, benefits enrollment, etc.
- Basic/good knowledge of SAP HCM's Benefits, Talent Management or Recruitment module desirable.

We are looking for an experienced senior SAP professional with outstanding expertise in APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer). You should be someone who has worked on many full life cycle implementations from the requirement phase, through design to deployment, with solid experience in hands-on and project management work, and a solid reputation as a subject matter expert. Ideally you have strong business process knowledge of Discrete Mfg, Variant Configuration in Demand Panning, Supply Network Planning, Production Scheduling, GATP and CTM. You may have a PhD or a Masters in engineering (strong math background). About your immediate assignment:

As a partner-level member of the leadership for the organization, you'll have 3 main roles:
a) Partner: As a partner of the company, you will (along with the other partners of the organization) continuously brainstorm and determine/refine the short and long-term goals of the organization. Part of this role is to be one of the highest-level representatives of the company when interacting with clients (or prospects) as well as vendors.
b) Account Manager: You'll be the most senior account representative and manager with all clients having SAP APO project engagements. Besides managing and growing client relationships, we expect that you'll be the most senior point of contact for any problem resolution and decision making on behalf of the organization.
c) Manager and Project Manager: Not only will you oversee and be held fully accountable for all SAP APO projects, but in some instances you'll be a subject matter expert resource in some of these projects and will lead the project from beginning to end.

Experienced required:

- Must have at least 11 years of hands on SAP implementation experience, and Project Management
- Must have at least 8 years of focused hands on SAP APO implementation experience
- Must have at least 6 full life cycle SAP APO implementations under your belt, from requirements through design, and deployment
- Strong Industry and business process knowledge (HEAVY & MULTIPLE IMPLEMENTATIONS IN Discrete Mfg, Variant Configuration in Demand Panning, Supply Network Planning, Production Scheduling, GATP, CTM)
- Must have MASTERS OR PhD IN ENGINEERING, OPERATIONS RESEARCH, MATH
- Must have impressive work history with I2, Manugistics
- Must have strong management and client relationships management experience.
- Some sales experience.
- Must have ability to travel up to 80% of your time nation-wide (don't need to relocate).
